Teen Holiday Sleep-Away Program (T-HSAP)
Many parents need support when their teens are on school holiday break in February and April. The Teen Holiday Sleep-Away Program at Hands In 4 Youth (the home of Camp Vacamas) provides age-appropriate activities designed to engage teens in team-building and leadership development, team sports and games, debate, art, high and low ropes challenge courses, hiking, outdoor recreation, and nature exploration. Youth are supported through personal growth in an enriching, safe and challenge-based environment.
Teens attend two sessions (seven days and six nights for winter session and five days and four nights for spring session) at Hands In 4 Youth (the home of Camp Vacamas). The camp is accredited by the American Camp Association and operates in a facility with a heated living area, as well as indoor and outdoor activity spaces. Summer Day Camp Voucher (SDCV)
To ensure that the children of members living in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Upstate New York and Long Island have the chance to experience the joys of summer camp, we offer a Summer Day Camp Voucher. You may use the voucher only for day camps that are licensed or registered by the city, county, or state.
